Roast all the dry spices paste ingredients on a medium flame and grind it into a smooth paste using little water.

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee add boiled potatoes(cut into haves) till golden brown and keep it aside,in a same pan add tomato and onion paste,saute it for sometime,add 2 tbsp spices paste saute for a while, add golden brown potatoes saute on a medium flame finally add boiled peas and let it cook for sometime,add little salt if required.Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
