Shahi Paneer Crumbled

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Ghee/Clarified butter
- 250 gm Paneer or Cottage Cheese (crumbled)
- 3 big Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
- 8-10 pcs Cashews
- 1 Green Chilli (slit into half)
- 2 inch Ginger (roughly chopped)
- 6 cloves Garlic (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp Caraway Seeds or Shahi Jeera
- 2 big Onions (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cream or Malai
- 2 drops Kewra Water (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Shahi Paneer Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt to Taste
Step 1
In a pan add oil, shahi jeera, cashews, ginger, garlic, green chilli toss it, add onions cook till golden brown. keep tossing occasionally add tomatoes cook till little soft keep aside.
Step 4
Add sugar and salt accordingly, let it simmer on low flame for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. add kasuri methi, kewra water, & cream and let it simmer for 5 more minutes. also add ghee for extra richness.
