- 2 cup Puffed Rice
- 1 medium Tomato (chopped)
- 1 medium Boiled Potato (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 small Cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Freshly Coriander (chopped)
- 5 strands Fresh Coconut (chopped)
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Masala
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Roasted Peanuts (handful)
- Papdi Gathiya or Chanachur Mixture (handful)
- Plain Sev
- Salt to Taste
For the Freshly Ground Masala
- 2 tbsp Whole Cumin
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 dry Red Chillies
Slightly roast on low flame, the above spices till dark brown turn off the heat and let it cool. Grind it to fine powder.
