Instructions
Step 1
In a pan add besan and yogurt and whisk it properly so that no lumps are formed add water and keep aside.
Step 2
Now in a tadka pan add oil,cumin seeds let it splutter then and red chilli powder directly add to the besan gravy,let it come to a boil.
Step 3
In a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, asafoetida and yogurt and make a thick paste.
Step 4
Take a serving spoon with holes spread the thick besan mixture directly in the gravy.Let it cook for sometime and serve hot with rotis.
