Cheese Garlic Bread
It doesn’t get much better then a warm slice of cheesy garlic bread straight from the oven.Consuming garlic on a daily basis (in food or raw) helps to lower cholesterol levels because of the anti-oxidant properties of Allicin. It is also immensely beneficial to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels.As we all know cheese is high in cholesterol so combining it with garlic can give you a healthy balanced diet.

- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp Parsley (dried)
- 1 tsp Sage (dried)
- 1 tsp Garlic Bread Seasoning
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Grated Garlic
- ½ cup Grated Pizza Cheese (for topping)
- Garlic Bread or White Milk Bread Slices
- Salt to Taste
Step 1
Take a medium bowl add cheese, dried parsley, sage, garlic bread seasoning, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, butter and add salt according to taste.
Step 3
Take garlic bread slices apply butter, cheese garlic mixture,spread evenly. top it with pizza cheese and grill till crispy and golden brown in a pre-heated tandoor/oven 5 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
