- ½ cup Fresh Coriander
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander / Dhania jeera powder
- ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
- Salt to taste
