Ingredients
  

For the Gathiya

  • 3 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • Salt to Taste

For the Gravy

  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 4 tbsp Curd
  • 2 cups Water

For the Tadka

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • In a pan add besan and yogurt and whisk it properly so that no lumps are formed add water and keep aside.

Step 2

  • Now in a tadka pan add oil,cumin seeds let it splutter then and red chilli powder directly add to the besan gravy,let it come to a boil.

Step 3

  • In a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, asafoetida and yogurt and make a thick paste.

Step 4

  • Take a serving spoon with holes spread the thick besan mixture directly in the gravy.Let it cook for sometime and serve hot with rotis.
