Cream of Vegetable Soup
If you want to make your lifestyle healthy just try this quick and easy creamy vegetable soup which is very delicious to the taste. It is less spicy so can be easily served to kids.If you want can add a spoonful of grated cheese while serving.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Butter
- 1/2 cup French Beans diced
- 1/2 cup Orange Carrots diced
- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup Cabbage diced
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
Chop the above mentioned vegetables in a food processor.
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herb Garlic Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch diluted in water
- Black Pepper Powder & Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat butter in a skillet.Add chopped vegetables saute it for few minutes on high flame.
Step 2
- Add the mixed herb garlic seasoning, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder & salt.
Step 3
- Add water simmer it for few minutes.Add cornstarch and keep stirring
Step 4
- Let it thicken on low flame, add fresh cream while stirring continuously.
Step 5
- Keep stirring while you bring this to a boil.Let it simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot
