Paneer Tikka Pulao
Paneer Tikka Pulao is a flavourful one pot rice dish with paneer well coated with the spices adding the flavour to the rice. Ingredients
- 1 cup Cubes of Paneer (homemade is used in this recipe)
- 1 cup Deseeded Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup Diced Capsicum
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 bowl Basmati Rice (cooked)
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli,Garlic and Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp Jeera Powder
- ½ tsp Tadka Masala
- 1 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala
- ½ tsp Kasuri Methi
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Tumeric Powder
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat a pan add butter allow it to melt then add green chilli,garlic & ginger paste.Saute it for a minute until the raw smell of garlic go away.
Step 2
- Add onions and saute it till onion becomes translucent,add tomatoes,capsicum.
Step 3
- Add all the spices and saute it for few minutes.Add paneer mix well so that all the masalas get coated properly to the paneer.
Step 4
- Add cooked basmati rice and mix lightly without breaking the paneer.
Step 5
- Serve hot the rice with raita and salad
